Melinda D. Tiago
Melinda Tiago is an experienced Executive Partner to CEOs who brings more than two decades of perspective from global banking and aviation finance.
Her career began in the fast, high-stakes environment of the trading floor, where speed, precision, and clear communication shape every decision. That experience became the foundation for how she works: understanding how a business moves, where its people create the most value, and what it takes to keep both performing at their best. Those same instincts now guide her approach to AI.
Through Modern Change AI Consulting, Melinda now extends that experience to helping leaders introduce AI into everyday business practices. She brings an operator's perspective to the work, mapping the value of the business and of the individual to identify where technology can ease administrative demands and give people more time for work that requires their judgment.
Melinda holds an MBA from LIM College and a bachelor's degree from New York University, complemented by certifications in AI consulting and implementation.
